Delivery Policy

📦 Delivery in France

1. Home delivery (La Poste – Colissimo)
Your creations are sent to the address of your choice via La Poste.
👉 Average delivery time: 2 to 4 working days after dispatch.
A tracking number will be sent to you upon shipment.

2. Delivery to a relay point (Mondial Relay)
You can choose a relay point near you to collect your order.
👉 Average delivery time: 3 to 6 working days after dispatch.
You will receive an email or SMS from Mondial Relay as soon as your package is available.

🚗 Local delivery

3. Home delivery (10 km zone around Tuzaguet – 65250)
I can personally deliver orders within a 10 km radius of Tuzaguet.
👉 I will contact you by email or phone to arrange a time slot.

🤝 Pick up at the workshop (Tuzaguet)

You can also come and collect your order directly from the workshop, by appointment.
👉 As soon as your order is ready, I will contact you by email or phone to arrange a collection day and time.

⏳ Manufacturing times

• Each order is made by hand.

• The average manufacturing time is 3 to 7 working days, depending on the type of product and customization.

• In the event of an exceptional delay, you will be informed as soon as you order.

🔁 Returns

• Personalized items cannot be returned unless I made an error.

• For non-personalized items, returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt.

• Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Please contact me in advance for any return requests.
