Any order placed on the site implies full and complete acceptance of these T&Cs.

3. Products

The products are handmade, which means slight variations between each piece. Photos are not contractually binding.

4. Price

Prices are expressed in euros including tax (VAT not applicable – article 293 B of the CGI).
Delivery costs are indicated before confirmation of the order.

5. Payment

Payment is secure and can be made by credit card, PayPal or any other method offered via the platform.

7. Right of withdrawal

• Personalized items: no returns or exchanges are possible.

• Non-personalized items: Returns are possible within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
